Surprise: Maccabi Netanya announced today (Wednesday) that midfielder Omri Gendelman is moving to Belgian club Ghent after his sale was agreed.
Gendelman, who has become a significant player for the Diamonds in the past two seasons, also stood out in the European Under-21 Championship with the young team. He is with the Diamonds on a contract until 2025 in January 2021.
Maccabi Netanya Football Club has agreed with Belgian club Ghent on the sale of midfielder and Israeli national team player Omri Gendelman. Player agent Dudu Dahan helped close the deal between the clubs.
