Is a new Legionnaire brewing for us? According to reports in France, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Israel national team striker Dor Turgeman may move to Reims, where Eliran Attar previously played. No offer has yet been made for the player, but headlines have already caught on and talk of a possible move even in the upcoming January transfer window.

Turgeman, 20, signed a new contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv last summer until the summer of 2026, but the possibility of leaving for a team in Europe remains on the agenda. The Belgian-English coach of the French team, William Steele, is reportedly pushing for a deal.
Despite the lack of success of the senior team in its last games, Turgeman's ability against Switzerland and Romania caught the eye of Steele, who, like others, registered the young striker's name already in the summer when he excelled in the youth teams. "He's very physical and technical. And Steele wants to sign him as soon as possible," wrote the French website Team Football.
The website added that Reims is not the only group keeping an eye on Turgeman. The clubs mentioned are: Fulham of the Premier League, Hoffenheim of the Bundesliga, Benfica, champions of Portugal and even CSKA Moscow, who have already refused the offer for the striker.
