The hearing will take place tomorrow (Thursday, 14:00) in which the teams demand a halt to the return to games due to a lack of sportsmanship during the war. Among other things, these are foreign players who did not return to Israel, and in the case of Ashdod, this is also a team that was constantly under missile attacks that prevented it from training regularly.

Ashdod is also expected to submit proof of parts of missiles that fell in the field where it is training, in the hope that the court will accept the argument. At the same time, the likelihood of this is not high. Thirteen teams voted in favor of the return and are the absolute majority of clubs in both professional leagues. Only one group abstained from the vote, and that was Hapoel Be'er Sheva, which has also been under missile attack for the past month and a half.
