An emotional moment was recorded on Wednesday evening, after Monya Hino advanced to the stage of the World Kickboxing Championships, held in Albufeira, Portugal, and celebrated the victory by waving the Israeli flag and the flag of the Druze community.
Hino said: "This competition has a different meaning for all of us, I wanted to bring honor to the country and the community more than ever and prove to the whole world that we continue to be strong despite everything, each in his field. It was important for me to raise the flag of the Druze community in memory of its best sons who recently fell in the war, we will remember them and the rest of the fallen forever."

Meanwhile, the 17 athletes of the Israeli delegation, led by national coach Amir Boaron and his assistant Tomer Alrai, will begin competing tomorrow (Thursday) in the European Jiu-Jitsu Championships, which will be held in Zagreb, Croatia. Chairman of the Israeli Jiu-Jitsu Association, Erez Alrai: "The Israeli national team is one of the best teams in Europe and is at the top of the world.
