Officially. Maccabi Tel Aviv returns to the Winner Basket League next week. The league administration published this morning (Sunday) the dates of the upcoming league games, including Maccabi's game in Herzliya next Monday, 11.12. This will be the debut of the Yellows in the local arena, two weeks after the league got underway, with the reason for the delay being the fact that during these two weeks Maccabi held and is expected to play four Euroleague games.

Now the big question is in which lineup Maccabi will perform, or in other words, how many foreigners will agree to return to Israel. Two other Israeli representatives in European enterprises will return to Israel with major shortages. Hapoel Tel Aviv will play today in Be'er Sheva with only two of its foreigners returning to Israel with it and Hapoel Jerusalem will play later this week with no foreigners at all, while all its foreigners including coach Aleksandar Dzikic remained in Belgrade.
