Cologne – The German dream of winning the European Handball Championship in their own country lives on!
Despite a 24:30 defeat at the end of the main round against Croatia last Wednesday, the DHB selection is in the semi-finals.

Handball European Championship: Will Germany make it to the final against Denmark?

The Danish team, peppered with numerous world-class players such as Mathias Gidsel, Mikkel Hansen and Hans Lindberg, travels to Cologne as the reigning world champions and 2021 Olympic runners-up.
At this European Championship she won seven of her eight previous games.
