8th round 01/27/2024
Hapoel Beer Sheva

Beitar Jerusalem
The big game of Round 8: Hapoel Beer Sheva tonight (Saturday) hosts Beitar Jerusalem as part of the State Cup for a hot and promising meeting. In excellent shape with a streak of 7 league wins, determined to avoid repeating the scenario of last season when it was eliminated in the eighth round by MS Ashdod, and Bitar wants to succeed in perhaps the biggest challenge it can have in its quest to retain the title it won last year.
Beer Sheva started with Alon Turgeman, Yoni Stoyanov and Amir Ganach in the attack, with Or Dedia waiting on the bench who was included in the squad for the first time since he returned from Scotland and by his side Rotem Hatuel.
Stoyanov, Miguel Vitor and starters Roy Gordana are also trying to avoid a yellow card that would see them miss the league game against Maccabi Haifa on Wednesday.
On the other hand, Beitar receives back Jordan Shua, who was absent from the game against Hapoel Tel Aviv due to accumulating yellow cards, and started the attack today alongside Fred Friday, with Timo Mozzi also in the 11th.
Will we get a flood of goals this time too?
