Jürgen Klopp's departure from Liverpool FC is causing a lot of speculation: Is the successful coach heading to FC Bayern?
Manuel Neuer wouldn't be averse.
Munich – The news caused a big bang in the football world last Friday (January 26th): Jürgen Klopp is quitting as coach at Liverpool FC in the summer.
Speculation quickly began about a new job for the successful German coach.
Can even Bayern fans dream now?
Manuel Neuer can certainly imagine Klopp's involvement at FC Bayern.

Neuer doesn’t believe “FC Bayern has anything against it”
At a fan club meeting, one day after the victory in Augsburg, the Munich captain said, according to

, that Klopp was “definitely a potential candidate” for the coaching job at the record champions.
“I think it depends on him.
I don’t think FC Bayern has anything against it,” Neuer continued.
“It depends primarily on himself, of course.”
The Bayern keeper only had words of praise for the former BVB coach: “He is a renowned, very good, experienced, tactically astute coach who has gained great respect from all footballers and athletes.” A quick look at the 56-year-old’s title collection year old confirms Neuer's statements.

With Borussia Dortmund, Klopp twice stole the German championship from FC Bayern in 2011 and 2012.
He shaped an era with the Reds, including bringing the English championship title back to Liverpool for the first time in 30 years and being crowned Champions League winner in 2019.
So it's only logical that Klopp's departure at the end of the season arouses desire and speculation.
Speculation about Jürgen Klopp: FC Bayern or national coach?
Recently, Klopp had repeatedly been mentioned by top European teams and also as a possible national coach - the DFB vice-president was already raising hopes.
“I can imagine him possibly being a national coach one day,” Bayern keeper Neuer also speculated at his fan club meeting.
However, Klopp himself announced at a press conference that he wanted to take a break after leaving Liverpool - and even ruled out that option forever.

If you believe the 56-year-old's statements, Klopp will not be Bayern coach at least in the coming season.
Thomas Tuchel still has a contract with Munich until June 30, 2025. However, he has been repeatedly criticized recently: they are currently only second in the Bundesliga, plus the early exit from the DFB Cup - and the way they play is also a problem always open for questions.
Now Tuchel's statements at a fan club meeting also caused severe criticism.
