What are we talking about ?
For the last mentioned, for example, a player is said to achieve it when he compiles a score equal to or greater than two figures (double) in four statistical categories among the following: points, rebounds, assists, blocks or interceptions.
The rest is not taken into account.
For example: 20 points, 11 rebounds, 14 blocks and 10 steals.
