Five matchdays before the end of the season, the TSV basket hunters parted ways with coach Benedikt Schiebilski, who had been looking after the team for exactly one year. Darryl Millwood, who led the townspeople from the district league to the 2nd regional league and who left office in February last year for health reasons, will continue to look after the team until the end of the season. In the midweek conversation with Schiebilski "we agreed that it would be better if someone else coached the last games," explained department head Florian Willkomm.
"In the end, I had to make this decision in the hope that it would give a new impetus and a jerk through the team," added the head of the basketball player, who explicitly emphasized the amicable separation. "I really appreciate Bene as a person and trainer and I am happy that he remains loyal to us and continues to offer us moral support, even if away from the field," said Willkomm.
