Meanwhile, Kobe's wife, Vanessa Bryant, filed a lawsuit against the company that operated the helicopter for negligent death, TMZ reports. Vanessa noted in the lawsuit that the pilot's irresponsibility should not have taken off due to weather conditions, and that he acted negligently during the flight itself.
