After Rannan's forfeit (n ° 15), fifteen competitors set off for a 2,500 m trip on the fiber-sand track of Deauville, on the occasion of the quinté du jour.
Despite his number all out in the starting stalls, Gipsy Jet Sept (No.16) quickly took the lead. Well supported by Jérôme Claudic in the straight line, this resident of Christophe Escuder left halfway through the finish line under the attack of Allez Henri (n ° 11), constant extra. A great sand specialist, he won his first quinté for his first attempt. Away from the leading duo, Brokeback Mountain (n ° 2) completed the finish of the trifecta, after a seductive end of the race.
Quickly well placed, Chailloue (n ° 4) and Saint Nicolas (n ° 14), author of a good effort outside, could not be separated and share the 4th place and are clearly ahead of Créative (n ° 10) and Iskanderhon (n ° 3), whose end of the race, behind, did not go unnoticed.
