October 2013. Two men sign a contract for the German Football Association: Wolfgang Niersbach, the president, and Helmut Sandrock, its general secretary.

It's about a big thing, tens of millions, about perimeter advertising for the national team until 2018. Four sports marketers have torn the deal.

They all want to create big names for the DFB: companies that advertise on the boards at international matches.

But the business got hold of, once again, a company from Switzerland.

Infront.

Known for good relationships with the DFB.

And for a German soccer hero whom she employs as a door opener, Günter Netzer.

Also in October 2013: a young man starts his job.

He comes from university, has a bachelor's degree in sports management and a master's degree in management;

he ends up at one of the top addresses in Europe - Infront.

At the company that is set at the DFB.

A witness later said that the position was specially created.

The name of the new employee: Marcel Sandrock, son of Helmut Sandrock, the DFB general secretary who signed the contract.
