Chin Eric Thompson (27, 2.04 m) signed a contract today (Monday) until the end of the season at Hapoel Beer Sheva.
Thompson, a graduate of Pacific University (2016) from the First Colleges League, began his professional career with Asan from the German Second Division and played for the Chinese Huffs, the Swiss Lucerne (15.9 points and 11 rebounds), the Japanese Hiroshima and Kagawa and last season at Hapoel Eilat. Points and 9.3 rebounds per game, this season Thompson played in the Korean National League (7.9 points and 7.8 rebounds) and his last game in Korea was about a week ago.
Who is expected to leave the Reds soon is inside player James Banks who has not acclimatized under Rami Hadar.
