More than a week after Red Bull, Mercedes presented its car for the coming season.
Called W13, it finds a silver livery, thus marking the return of the "Silver Arrows", adorned in black since the 2020 season, in particular in support of the "Black Lives Matter" movement.

The black livery was a clear intention and demonstration of our mission to be a more diverse and inclusive team

Designed under the expertise of technical manager James Allison, the W13 will make its first runs this Friday on the Silverstone track, where a shakedown (100 km) awaits the drivers, first George Russell, then Lewis Hamilton.
The seven-time world champion, who will try to regain his title of world champion whistled on the gong by Max Verstappen, appreciates the new livery but also the new regulations, supposed to bring the teams together on the track.
