Washington has been waiting for almost a month for the premiere of Christopher Forzingis, and tonight (Sunday through Monday) she received him in a big way.
The Latvian wore the Wizards uniform, scoring 25 points and sweeping his new team to 123: 133 over Indiana.
Ladies and gentlemen for that, in just 21:19 minutes on the floor.
Kyle Kozma added 23 points of his own, and that win came largely thanks to the third quarter, in which the Wizards scored no less than 39 points at 61 percent (!).

Forzingis' show did not come at the expense of others.
No less than seven players scored in double digits, including Israeli star Danny Abdia, who sniped 10 points, dropped 7 rebounds, handed out 3 assists in 31 minutes.
Abdia was also signed for one of the most beautiful moves in the game, and no less important - crucial.
With 1:41 minutes left he led a breakaway, penetrated the basket, and found his new friend Forzingis who finished in an impressive hal-hop.
Washington improved its balance to 34:29, and is in tenth place in the East, leading to a play-in.
She is two games away from the New York Knicks below her.
