Israeli swimmer Tomer Frenkel set tonight (Friday to Saturday) the criteria for the World Championships, which will be held in Budapest in June. 

The Israeli swimmer did so in the Indiana Sectionals competition, where he won the 100 butterfly with a time of 52.90 seconds, fast in exactly one tenth of the time required for the confirmation. 

At the same time, in the Pro Swim round in San Antonio, Bar Soloveitchik finished second night in a row in third place, this time in the 400 free final with 3: 53.70 minutes.

Aviv Barzali finished fifth in the 100 backstroke final with 1: 01.61 minutes, Leah Polonsky was ranked eighth in the 200 breaststroke with 2: 33.92 minutes.

Michael Leitrovsky finished 16th in the 100 backstroke with 58.70 seconds and Daniel Namir set a personal best in the 50 free with 23.55 seconds and 26th place. The leader of the Israelis in the competition is the top consultant of the Swimming Association, David Marsh.
