Stable central defence: The guests rarely got past Moni Bichlmaier (right) and Lisa Maier (left).
The two goals they conceded came from a free kick and a mistake in the build-up play.

The FCL soccer players don't know what to think of the 2:2 in the top game.
Langengeisling
- Twice equalized the deficit and kept the most stubborn pursuer at a distance - but the soccer women of FC Langengeisling were not happy about the 2:2 (1:1) in the top game in the district league against ESV Freimann.
The FCL had left too many chances and conceded two unnecessary goals.
As in the previous weeks, the league leaders started strong and created two big chances, but neither Alisha van Horten nor Julia John were able to overcome the strong guest keeper Alexandra Berghausen.
After that, the guests came into play better against the now nervous Geislingers, who also fabricated an unnecessary foul in the 27th minute.
Carina Sedlmeier put the free kick into the net – through the FCL wall, which simply let the ball pass.
Keeper Celine Siebrecht had no chance.
That was like a wake-up call for the FCL, which got stronger again, but created few chances against resolutely entering guests.
Early on, Melli Schöffmann had to leave the field injured after a foul game.
Unpleasant memories of the 0:2 first leg defeat came up.
It took a one-off action from Thesi Widl, whose cross pass only had to be pushed in by goal scorer John (45').
After the break, the FCL had the game under control.
The defense around central defenders Moni Bichlmaier and Lisa Maier blocked almost every attack from 40 meters in front of their own goal.
However, the women from Geislingen continued to struggle going forward.
Van Horten put his foot down on the right, but was repeatedly stopped with small fouls.
Once, however, she was unstoppable and played to John, who, however, failed in front of goalkeeper Berghausen.
Then, out of nowhere, the guest tour.
It was an invitation from the Geislingen defense, including the goalkeeper, who had frittered away the ball while building up the game.
Sedlmeier thanked him with the 2:1 (74th).
Coach Stefan Karamatic reacted immediately and brought Michelle Refeld back into the game.
A few minutes later she prevailed in the penalty area and steered the ball over the line with a tackle (79').
After that, the FCL - driven by Steffi Karamatic and Claudia Neumair - pushed for the third goal, but the attacking efforts mostly came to an end on the edge of the penalty area.
Refeld tried again from 18 meters, even a free kick from 20 meters brought nothing.
So the women from Geislingen remain in first place in the table with a three-point lead over the ESV.
However, in view of the poorer balance sheet in direct comparison, they cannot afford to slip up.
