B-CLASS 6 Hohenlinden II remains in it: FCP uses four players who are not eligible to play and will "lose afterwards" because of an objection.

Parsdorf/Hohenlinden – Konrad Rauch says he feels like he's in the wrong movie.

For more than half a weekend, the party mood did not last for the chairman of FC Parsdorf, which has now turned into "frustration and anger".

On Friday evening, the men's reserve of the FCP footballers toasted the league after the 5-0 home win over SV Hohenlinden II, while the guests were looking at relegation from B-Class 6 (BFV district Munich).

By Sunday afternoon, however, news of a formal protest against the game classification by the Herliners had made the rounds.

"We noticed that Parsdorf had more than the allowed three players from the first team," explains SVH department head Fritz Oskar, referring to Section 34 (2) of the BFV rules of the game.

“Four weeks ago we had an extra online training course on gaming law.

It's all about the principle."

Sports court will probably decide against Parsdorfer

As a result, the sports management of the Parsdorfer around Konrad Rauch made investigations in comparison with the starting line-ups of the two previous district class games.

And indeed: In addition to the regulars Peter Rauch, Gabriel Thul and David Darmoro, goalkeeper Bernhard Hilger was also in the starting eleven on the registration form against Grasbrunn.

"This error is clearly the responsibility of those responsible," Rauch had already had a few "unpleasant conversations" internally and apologized to Fritz Oskar on behalf of the club by telephone.

“We shouldn't give the impression that we're fundamentally unfair sportsmen.

I understand the line-up was based on a statement that the goalkeeper would be exempt from the 15-day rule.”

Nothing about this can be read in the corresponding passage of the BFV rules of the game.

According to Oskar's knowledge, the sports court will deal with the legal processing of the facts in a timely manner.

Konrad Rauch can actually anticipate the judge's verdict: "I expect that we will lose the game afterwards, so that points will be relegated and Hohenlinden will keep the class."

The players feel sorry for the leader smoke the most

In the decisive phase, in questions of promotion and relegation, most of the reserves would try “to position themselves as sharply as possible”, according to the sporting director of FCP Rauch.

“But this was a collective failure, myself included.

I feel particularly sorry for our players who have had this goal in mind for weeks and are now unable to achieve it because of such nonsense.”
