The Golden State guard scored a huge basket at the end of the third quarter • Steve Kerr: "He's talented and full of confidence, I believed it would come in" • The third flank at the Splash Brothers contributed 17 points from the bench and was an important screw in the win

The Golden State Warriors recorded a very important victory tonight (Monday) in the NBA Finals series over the Boston Celtics and equalized to 1: 1.

Who continues to be the standout man on Steve Kerr's team is the big star Stephen Kerry, who scored 29 points - and shows everyone that he came to the series to take a championship.

The one who was excellent yesterday is the young Jordan Paul.

The Warriors' guard, who burst onto the scene this season, came off the bench and in less than 23 minutes on the field scored 17 points with 5-9 off the arc - and one huge half-court basket at the end of the third quarter.

Coach Steve Kerr said at the end: "He's talented and full of confidence. I believed it would come in."

On a day when Clay Thompson, and Andrew Wiggins did not rise, the young player took a step forward and was a very important screw in the team's victory.

The player himself said: "In training shots before the game we talked about someone hitting half a pitch with the buzzer, me or Steph, I'm glad I did it first."
