Brazzo statement points to Zirkzee sale - hope for double-digit million transfer fee

Despite the departure of Robert Lewandowski, FC Bayern could give up a striker, and the sale of Joshua Zirkzee could bring millions into the coffers.
Munich – Hasan Salihamidzic was already self-confident after leaving Robert Lewandowski last weekend.
"We have Sadio, Leroy, King, Serge, Thomas, Jamal and Choupo," said FC Bayern's sporting director, listing the offensive options at the team presentation.
He didn't name Joshua though: that's Zirkzee's first name.
The Dutchman traveled to the USA, but seemed to fall through the cracks with the Munich team.
According to reports, a sale is in the air, and there are also said to be interested parties.

Zirkzee already had a difficult time with the record champions a year ago, the 21-year-old was loaned out during the first preparation under Julian Nagelsmann.
So he played for the Belgian top club RSC Anderlecht last season and at that time constantly provided arguments for a return to Bayern, with 18 goals and 13 assists in 47 competitive games he was his team's top scorer.
Nevertheless, Bayern do not seem to plan with the 1.93 meter man.

reports, Zirkzee would like to stay in Munich, but the decision-makers at FCB tend to sell the attacker.
In view of the last transfers – Matthijs de Ligt alone costs Bayern at least 70 million euros – Bayern would be happy to pay Zirkzee.
According to information from the pay-TV broadcaster, there is a sum of between ten and 15 million euros.

There are interested parties within the Bundesliga, such as VfB Stuttgart, but Zirkzee's annual salary of around 2.5 million euros is a bit too high for most German first division clubs.
A move abroad is therefore more likely, in his home country the Dutch U21 international is apparently on the list of two top clubs.
Both last year's champions Ajax Amsterdam and runners-up PSV Eindhoven are to advertise for Zirkzee's services.
Clubs from England and Italy are also eyeing the striker, who has a total of 17 appearances for FC Bayern's first team.

If Zirkzee, who switched from Feyenoord Rotterdam to FC Bayern U17 for 150,000 euros in 2017, should actually be handed over in the next few weeks, Munich would probably secure a clause.
According to Sky, they would anchor a buyback option in the contract in order to be able to bring the curly head back to the Isar in the event of a correspondingly positive development.
