The request was submitted through attorney Yitzhak Junger, the club's trustee • Beitar demands that the police remove the conditions it set as clauses for approving any agreement to transfer rights and shares of the group

Beitar Jerusalem and its owner, Moshe Hogg, today (Wednesday) through the club's trustee, attorney Yitzchak Junger, submitted a hasty request to the Israeli Magistrate's Court to schedule a hearing regarding the Israel Police's terms for the sale of the team to businessman Barak Abramov.

In a document to the Beitar court, she demands from the police: "Remove the two conditions that the police set as a condition for approving any agreement to transfer the group's rights and shares.

Obtaining proprietary external collateral to 'guarantee' the payment to Singulartim Ltd. in the amount of about 11 million shekels. It is possible that this amount will be slightly reduced to a total of about 10.25 million. Also that the shares will not be transferred to the buyer until the payment to Singulartim is completed."

The request in question shows that in the agreement between Abramov and the party, the latter assumes future obligations: "As part of the agreement, the group undertakes after the purchase and the completion of the transfer of the rights and shares to the buyer to pay the full debts of the group estimated at approximately NIS 30 million and in addition to bear all pending claims against the group To the extent that these will be accepted claims evaluated at this stage by the attorney handling the claims in the amount of approximately 7 million.

Moshe undertook to indemnify the buyer for any payment that the group is required to pay beyond the sum of NIS 30 million plus 10%."
