Hard fights - and a romantic moment

Visitors to the Sinnflut festival in Erding experienced a somewhat different kind of morning pint.
There was banging action with chilled drinks – and a marriage proposal.
Erding – The Erding Wrestling Show (EWS) presented itself for the second time after 2018 at the Erdinger Festival and entertained the lively crowd well.
“The appearance was a so-called showcase.
The wrestlers present themselves in front of viewers who are not direct wrestling fans and try to win them over with their performance," says an EWS press release.
"The two referees André and Maze were just as excited about the show as the reserve ring announcer - Kevin Kaiden.
He's actually a wrestler, but he's currently recovering from a torn chest muscle."
The midday sun beat down mercilessly on the ring as the show began in front of a good 700 spectators who were in joyful anticipation.
It got straight to the point, and the wrestling newcomers were amazed.
The Poison, who hails from Ukraine, fought Dave Blane in the opening bout.
In the end, the Ukrainian prevailed, along with some breakdance performances.
Then Alex Sixxx came to the ring, who had the people on his side right away in the "Leo Look".
He then also won against Max Diamond.
Elias le Juge, a Swiss, met the Erdinger Robin Vega and, to the surprise of many, was able to prevail.
Martyrdom then defeated Officer Nick, and Boris Pain was able to defeat Terrible Ted Jr and Greek Papazois in a three-way battle.
Kneeling: Christof Haas asked his Nina if she wanted to marry him – she said yes.

The main event was then contested by EWS boss, promoter and reigning tag team champion Christof "Nobody" Haas.
He defeated the Flying Man.
But that was irrelevant in the next moment.
He called his girlfriend Nina into the ring.
"This is the woman who means the most to me and I thought I had to get her in the ring," he called into the microphone with a grin, before asking her after a short pause, "Will you marry me?" Haas dropped to his knees, ring in hand, to cheers from onlookers.
When the cheers died down, he proudly announced, "She said yes!"
