The correspondence between Dor Micah and Omer Azili (from Network 13)
The case of minors, which was re-viewed following the series of articles by Almog Booker in "News 13", continues to stir up the country.
As I recall, the articles revealed WhatsApp correspondence between Dor Micah and Omar Atzili proving that they knew the girls were minors, and even raise suspicions that they allegedly tried to supply drugs during the sexual encounter they had.
The one who stood up to the right of the footballers is the journalist and radio host Yanon Magal, who caused a stir with a series of tweets expressing support for the two and placing the responsibility on the girls and "News 13" who, according to him, are "publicly lynching" Azili and Micah.

According to Magal, "Maybe the footballers were wrong, maybe they're wrong, but you won't murder people here while they're alive. I won't keep quiet. These girls lied about their age, and the police knew everything - the fact is that the case is closed."
In one of the tweets in which he expressed support for the footballers, Magal was asked if he had no compassion in his heart for the girls and replied: "They are already 17 years old. I follow one of them on Instagram, she recovered beautifully!".
When asked this morning why he follows the girl, he said: "I follow her because of this story. I'm hardly on Instagram, but after the story was published I was told who this girl was, so I followed her to see who she was, out of journalistic curiosity. Now it's also forbidden to follow? And let's say I'm following her, what's your business? How much fake puritanism do you have? You decide! Unlike you, I'm not faking. I've done drugs and been with women, and I understand that young people do all kinds of things."
Magal concluded by saying: "Stop faking. There is a double standard here. On the one hand everything is allowed and everyone does what they want, on the other hand they attack people and kill them. The minors lied to them. You are all righteous, out of righteousness you don't have sex either, you just study Torah all day long. That's why you criticize other people after they fall. In Judaism there is a matter of repentance. Whoever apologizes, whoever sins - he can still turn a new page."
