Kilian Jornet is definitely the king on the highest peak in Europe.
The Spaniard once again won the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc this Saturday.
The Iberian rider won in the record time of 19 hours and 49 minutes to sign his fourth success in the event after 2008, 2009, 2011, now tied with the Frenchman François d'Haene.

The Catalan, followed for a large part of the course by the French Mathieu Blanchard, widened the gap over the last twenty kilometers.
He is the first to go below the 20-hour mark in this mythical trail event.
The previous record was held by his compatriot Pau Capell (20 hours and 19 minutes in 2019).
The slightly crazy runners set off this Friday August 26 at 6 p.m. for a 171km journey around the roof of the continent.
It was the equivalent of 4 marathons in a row straddling three countries (France, Italy, Switzerland), spiced up with a sleepless night and above all 10,000 m of elevation gain.
The former took less than 20 hours (for Jornet and the Frenchman Blanchard 2nd in 19h54′50′'), the latter will complete the race in around forty-six hours.
