Ulan Bator-Sana
Syrian national team athlete Shaima Sukkar added a second gold medal in the Asian Championship currently being held in the Mongolian capital, Ulan Bator, with the participation of nine teams.
Sugar broke the Asian record after lifting 75 kg in the (Classic Breast) competitions, knowing that the previous record was 50 kg and was registered in the name of the Indian champion.
Sukkar won the first gold yesterday after lifting 77.5 kg in the (equipped chest) competition.
It is noteworthy that the participation of our delegation concludes tomorrow with the competitions of the Masters category, in which we will be represented by Ziad Muhammad.
