Ankle injury?
Before the game against Chicago tonight (between Friday and Saturday), Washington announced that Danny Avdia would not take part in the match due to the injury to his leg, but a short time later already clarified that he would indeed be a partner and the Israeli even started in the starting five.
Avdia finished the game, which ended in a dramatic 100:102 home victory, with 6 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, a steal, a block, 1 turnover, 5 fouls and a plus-minus index of 16 - the second highest on the team.

"In the end he played 23 minutes, closed out the game and played well," NBC Washington wrote after the game.
"He had six points, 10 rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block. This perhaps hints at the statistical line that looks much better than him this season."
It was also written about the Israeli: "Now in the starting five, his offense is naturally going to take a back seat compared to his defense. He is one of the team's most important players on the defensive end, but in the offense he may not get many shots to play alongside Beal, Porzingis and Kuzma."
What's more, Avdia was responsible for one of the biggest moves of the night in the game, which started with an amazing block by Bardley Bill on Ayo Dosumo, and ended with his three-pointer from the corner that got the Capital One Arena residents jumping.
