Al-Ittihad Al-Ahly Aleppo and Al-Jaish teams qualified for the semi-finals of the Basketball Super Cup, which is currently being held at Al-Fayhaa Hall in Damascus, by defeating Al-Jalaa and Al-Nawa’ir, respectively, in the quarter-finals.
Al-Ahly managed to reserve its place in the semi-finals after beating Al-Jalaa by 75-56 points, while Al-Jaish reached the same round after beating Al-Nawair by 91-78 points.
In the semi-finals, Al-Jaish will meet with Al-Ittihad, Ahli Aleppo and Al-Wahda with Al-Karama, knowing that Al-Wahda and Al-Karama qualified yesterday for the semi-finals after their victory over Leaders and Homenetmen of the Lebanese in the quarter-finals of the competition with a score of 84-79 points and 75-72 points.
