Bruno Irles is no longer the coach of Troyes.
After six games without a win (4 draws, 2 losses), the coach pays for the current bad luck of ESTAC, which has not won since September 18 and a trip to Clermont (1-3).
This Tuesday, the Aube club announced the layoff of its coach in a short press release: "ESTAC announces the layoff, as a precautionary measure, as of today, of Bruno Irles, its main coach of the professional group.
The interim will be provided this week and until further notice by Claude Robin.

The leaders of ESTAC therefore did not wait for the last match against Brest on Sunday before the six-week international break due to the World Cup in Qatar (from November 20 to December 18).
Despite the current 13th place with three points ahead of the red zone, the leaders of Troyes felt that the situation was worrying enough to make this change of coach now.
In place since January 3, Bruno Irles had succeeded Laurent Battles.
For his last game at the head of his team, the now ex-coach of ESTAC conceded a draw (1-1) against Auxerre, in a clash between neighbors.
The Auxerrois, who also changed coach with the arrival of Christophe Pélissier in place of Jean-Marc Furlan on October 26, had equalized at the end of the game.
Claude Robin (61), Irles' assistant, is acting.
The former player of Lille or Lyon had notably coached in the past, Red Star, Dunkirk and recently Orleans.
Back in Troyes at the start of 2022, Robin had spent nine seasons (2007-2016) in this club leading the youth teams and the reserve.
This is not his first interim since in 2009 he replaced Ludovic Batelli and in 2015, a certain Jean-Marc Furlan.
For the two previous times, the change of coach had not allowed Troyes to save themselves from a return to Ligue 2.
