The event was attended by the Israeli Ambassador to Argentina, Eyal Sela, and the Director of Spanish-Speaking Countries from the Department for the Encouragement of Aliyah of the World Zionist Organization, Alejandro Malinkovsky, who moderated the event, during which a question-and-answer discussion took place between the players and staff and those present.
Bonnie Ginzburg, acting technical director of the young teams, said: "We are happy to be here, we know that there is a large and very supportive Jewish community here and that makes us happy. From the moment Argentina was officially elected instead of Indonesia, we were happy about it. Football here is like a religion and I was very happy when Argentina won the World Cup, it was sweet precisely because it went so hard. There is a tradition here and crazy strengths when it comes to football and I am sure we will enjoy your support throughout the tournament."

Team coach Ofir Haim said: "I'm very excited. When I entered the arena I didn't know there would be so many people, and I'm sure the actors here are also very excited. I promise you that we will do everything in the tournament to make you happy and everyone who comes to see us at the games will wave the flag with pride. As soon as the tournament moved to Argentina, I shouted 'Yes' at home. From the age of 10 I dreamed of coming to Argentina and it hasn't happened to this day, I guess it's from God."
