Manchester City were crowned English champions last week for the fifth time in six seasons, and have two more goals ahead of them: winning the FA Cup next Saturday (meeting Manchester United in the final) and lifting the Champions League trophy a week later (meeting Inter in the final).
Meanwhile, a day before Saturday's season finale, the Citizens are also enjoying individual titles after Norwegian striker Erling Haaland was named Premier League Player of the Year after scoring 36 goals in just 35 games.
The bomber broke the record for goals scored by a player in a season of 38 matches, which previously belonged to Liverpool's Mohamed Salah, of 32 goals.
Haaland beat his team-mate Kevin De Bruyne, Arsenal players Martin Odegaard and Cayo Saka, Newcastle defender Kieran Trippier and strikers Marcus Rashford (Manchester United) and Harry Kane (Tottenham).
