A fire broke out in the industrial area of Beinasco, on the outskirts of Turin, in via Aosta.
A column of smoke rose into the sky from an industrial building of about 800 square meters of plastics and was clearly visible from various points of the city.
The fire affected the warehouses of Demap Srl, which deals with the selection and recycling of plastic and plastic / metal packaging.
Six fire brigade teams are involved.
In support of the teams and the four tank trucks in action, also the Biological Chemical Radiological Nucleus (Nbcr) and the self-protective wagon.
