DAMASCUS, (SANA) - The Damascus International Fair opened today to visitors from inside and outside Syria who flocked to Syria

The Damascus International Fair opened its doors today to visitors coming from inside and outside Syria who flocked intensely to attend the activities of the 61st session of the cultural, social and economic diverse and to see the wings of local companies, Arab and foreign.

The exhibition is spread over an area of ​​100,000 square meters, the largest area in the history of the exhibition and is attended by 38 countries and 1700 companies of various specialties to form the largest economic platform in Syria.

Media workers filled the media center of the exhibition since the first hours in addition to the media deployed inside the exhibition city to capture all possible coverage of the movement of visitors and activities scheduled to be held on the second day after the official opening.

The Syrian pavilion is witnessing a huge turnout awaiting the artistic and theatrical performances that will start shortly on the children's theater and art theater.

Visitors to the exhibition will be able to reach the exhibition city through 11 starting stations in Damascus and its countryside through 150 buses starting from 4:30 pm and for successive trips and trains that will depart from the foot station.

The Damascus International Fair has been held in Damascus since 1954 and is considered one of the oldest and oldest international exhibitions in the Middle East.
