Imelda Daza Cotes, a member of the Colombian Patriotic Union party, described it as "worrisome", "unfortunate" and "sad" that a part of the dissent of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) announced that they will continue the armed struggle in the country. The political leader asked the Colombian government to "sit down and talk again to complete this process and achieve total peace."
