Venezuela: government and opposition discuss general elections

Holding general elections in Venezuela, which include presidential elections, is one of the points discussed by the opposition and official delegations in the dialogues held in Barbados, according to sources from both sides. Russia's ambassador to Venezuela, Vladimir Zaemsky, said both delegations have agreed almost 75% of the points under discussion. But, a source close to the Guaidó delegation said that the key rule of negotiation is that nothing is agreed until everything is agreed. CNN tried to contact Maduro's delegation but has not had an answer.
