The European Union renewed its rejection of the expansionist settlement policies adopted by the Israeli occupation authorities, including demolitions of Palestinian houses, stressing that they are illegal.
"The Israeli settlement policy is unlawful like any other measures taken in this context, such as forced evictions, evictions, demolitions and confiscation of Palestinian homes," the EU said in a statement today, warning that the continuation of such practices undermines the possibility of any settlement.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry reiterated yesterday its call on the international community to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy and stop settlement, pointing out that the American bias encourages the Israeli occupation authorities to continue in the implementation of Judaization plans and attempts to change the legal, historical and demographic reality in the occupied Palestinian territories.
