(CNN) - Once again Justin Bieber turned to social media to tell the truth about his life.
In a long and detailed Instagram post on Monday, the superstar singer talked about the difficulties of having come to fame at an early age and how he collapsed.
Bieber, 25, wrote about not growing up in a stable home and how he was placed in the spotlight after being discovered at the age of 13.

"Have you noticed the statistics of children's stars and the outcome of their lives?" He wrote. "There is crazy pressure and responsibility in a child in whom the brain, emotions, frontal lobes (decision making) have not yet developed."
According to Bieber, he found "... 18 years old with no real-world skills, with millions of dollars and access to whatever he wanted."

"I started using quite heavy drugs at age 19 and abused all my relationships," Bieber wrote. “I became resentful, disrespectful to women and angry. I became distant with everyone who loved me, and hid behind the shell of a person I had become. ”
The singer of "Sorry" also recognized some of his past scandals, writing: "At 20, I made all the bad decisions you can think of and went from being one of the most beloved and loved people in the world to the most ridiculed , judged and hated of the world ”.
Bieber shared how he has overcome it and praised his marriage to the 22-year-old model Hailey Baldwin.
“Now I am sailing in the best season of my life 'MARRIAGE'! Which is an incredible responsibility, crazy and new, ”he wrote. "You learn patience, trust, commitment, kindness, humility and everything that seems to be a good man."

In March, Bieber used his official Instagram account to talk about his mental health problems and how he influenced his decision to take a break from the music industry.
He also had some words of encouragement for his followers in his latest post.
“All this to say, even when the odds are against you, keep fighting. Jesus loves you, ”Bieber finished his note. "Be kind today, be brave today and love people today, not according to your standards, but for the perfect inexhaustible love of God."
