Former Lebanese President Emile Lahoud stressed the necessity of adhering to the trilogy of the people, the army and the resistance, which constituted the main deterrent to the Israeli enemy.
During a meeting with a delegation from the occupied villages at his house in Yarzeh, Lahoud said that the operation carried out by the resistance against the Israeli enemy had deterred the enemy and stopped its aggression against Lebanon and violated national sovereignty.
Lahoud considered that the liberation of the land must go hand in hand with the fortification of the national economy.
