TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Friday his country would take the third step to reduce the implementation of commitments under the nuclear deal on Friday.
"The implementation of this step includes the development of centrifuges and the production of what Iran needs to enrich uranium and end all restrictions on research and development of Iran's nuclear program," Rowhani told a news conference.
Rowhani said Iran would give two months to European countries and return to their commitments in the nuclear deal if the desired result is reached.
Rouhani pointed out that America has failed to achieve its three objectives, namely regime change in Iran and weaken it and provide a platform for talks in their interest.
Iran has repeatedly stated that its full implementation of the nuclear deal is coupled with the possibility of selling oil and access to its dues completely without restrictions and that the reversal of the decision to reduce Tehran's commitments to the nuclear deal is subject to opening a credit line of $ 15 billion, otherwise the process of reducing commitments.
