Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stressed that the strength of the nuclear agreement and the security of the international waterways, including the Gulf and the Sea of Oman, are two main objectives in the interest of the world, including the European Union and America.
"If a final agreement is reached with Europe, we are ready to return to our nuclear commitments and the Iran and P5 + 1 meeting is only possible if the embargo is lifted in all its forms," Rowhani said by telephone from his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron.
Rowhani pointed to Iran's third step in reducing its nuclear obligations, pointing out that it is under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency and at the same time is subject to return.
The Iranian president stressed that the nuclear deal was a great opportunity for everyone to participate in and invest in the Iranian economy and said: "It is necessary for the European Union, especially France, to play its role well to maintain the nuclear agreement."
For his part, the French president said that his country "continues its efforts to implement the content of the nuclear agreement and reach an understanding."
