Imelda causes flooding in Texas

Storm Imelda lashes the coast of Texas for the second day in a row. The Houston area and parts of southeast Texas are heavily flooded, with waters that have covered the streets forcing extreme measures such as the closure of several schools. Imelda could record more than 30 centimeters of rain, being the largest record since the dramatic hurricane Harvey in 2017.
