Russian President Vladimir Putin has confirmed that the creation of weapons capable of ensuring balance in the world has become one of the successes of the Russian nuclear industry.
"The creation of a new generation of weapons capable of ensuring strategic balance in the world has become one of the successes of the Russian nuclear industry," Putin said in a welcoming speech to Russian nuclear workers today.
Putin called on nuclear workers to fully exploit the potential of Russia's nuclear industry to ensure the country's defense capacity and energy security.
