Iranian President Hassan Rouhani reiterated that Tehran is ready to negotiate on its nuclear program but not in the atmosphere of sanctions and pressure, stressing that his country did not accept the meeting of Americans at the United Nations with the atmosphere of sanctions and pressure.

On allegations of Iranian responsibility for the attack on Saudi Aramco's oil facilities, Rouhani said some diplomats at the UN General Assembly were trying to distort the facts about the attack, pointing to the failure of the Saudi and US conspiracy to accuse Iran of being responsible.
