Maintenance workshops in Daraa have restored Sheikh Miskeen Power Station to service after repairing the emergency breakdown which led to the stop of work and fire in some old cells.
The Director General of the Electricity Company Engineer Ghassan Al-Zamil in a statement to the SANA correspondent that the electricity workshops through continuous work continued for several days was able to rehabilitate the cells of the plant and thus put eight outlets service and restore electricity.
Zamil pointed out that only two outputs are currently being worked out and will be put into service within a few hours.
An emergency breakdown in the outdated section of the Sheikh Miskin power station in Daraa countryside led to its disruption since last Friday.
