US presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has temporarily suspended his election campaign. The 78-year-old had been diagnosed with a blocked artery, his consultant Jeff Weaver said.
The candidate of the opposition Democrats had been taken to hospital with chest pain, it said. Sanders were already successfully used two stents, was further communicated.
