Al-Moallem stressed that when Syria achieves its priorities in combating terrorism, it will be the turn of other priorities, including the expulsion of all foreign forces from Syrian territory and there are legitimate means that can force them out.

Al-Moallem said that the constitution is a national affair and any participant carrying the spirit and pulse of Syria should be objective and reflect the interests of Syria, not the interests of Turkey or other operating countries, expressing Syria's appreciation for the efforts of the Russian Federation and Iran within the Astana Group.
The Deputy Prime Minister reiterated the Syrian government's welcome for the safe return of all refugees and said that we assure all those who wish to return to their country to return to their country safe and stable and provide him with all the facilities and possible support and assistance.
