[Moscow 2nd Reuters]-Russia's Novak Energy Minister has predicted that next year's global oil demand growth will increase to 1.4 million barrels per day. The oil demand growth this year is expected to be 1 million barrels a day.
The 2nd issue of Energy Policy magazine reported.
The minister also said that production restrictions on temporary production cuts between OPEC member states and non-members are temporary and only participate in cuts if they meet the national interests.
