Quneitra Governorate, in cooperation with a number of administrative units, the Directorate of Solid Waste Management, the Contractors Syndicate Branch and the Nour Society for Development and Relief, organized a voluntary campaign to remove the debris from Al-Hamidiya village in the northern countryside.

In a statement to SANA correspondent, Mohammad Al-Samia, a member of the executive office of the municipal sector, pointed out that the campaign aims to help the municipality to deport the ruins of buildings destroyed by terrorist attacks and open the streets, pointing to the importance of volunteerism and partnership between civil society and charities.

The Director of Solid Waste Management Eng. Abdul Ghani Ali Jaafar pointed out to their participation in a number of mechanisms and workers, while the head of the Administrative Committee of Nour Association for Development and Relief Raafat Bakkar pointed to the need to spread the culture of volunteer work, especially among the younger generation.

Mayor of Al-Hamidiya Ibrahim Al-Hussein between the campaign included the removal of rubble from all neighborhoods and streets of the village, commending the participation in the work to accelerate the achievement and help the municipality because of the "lack of mechanisms and workers."
