Counting of votes for yesterday's legislative elections continues, Tunisian media reported.
In those elections, 15,737 candidates competed for 217 seats in the parliament, out of 1,752 lists distributed among party, coalition and independent lists.
The preliminary results of the legislative elections are expected to be announced on Thursday and the final results will be announced on the 13th of next month.
