The Syrian Embassy in Lebanon in cooperation with the leadership of the Lebanese branch of the National Union of Syrian Students held a political and cultural meeting on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the October liberation war.
Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdel Karim said in a speech during the meeting that the October liberation war restored confidence in the nation by its ability to win and face challenges.
He pointed to the achievements of the Syrian Arab Army in its fight against terrorism and its supporters until the complete liberation of the Syrian soil, pointing out that the victories achieved by Syria today are a continuation of the victories of October liberation and October correction.
